The Resolution stipulates:
upholding the initiative of the public on establishing the Avenue of Heroes of Ukraine in the central part of the capital of Ukraine – the Hero City Kyiv, as well as other cities of Ukraine;
recommending the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine consider the issue of establishing the Memorial complex in Kyiv;
recommending the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, local state administrations and bodies of local self-government to take necessary measures in or order to establish the Avenue of Heroes of Ukraine in the respective cities of Ukraine.
The Resolution was adopted with consideration of proposals made in the course of discussion.
The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 1013.
